- $1,500 per night - Slightly Higher in Summer and Holidays
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- 50% of rental fee due upon booking, Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival including:

A $1500.00 refundable security deposite.
- Plus a $350 nonrefundable cleaning fee, and applicable occupancy taxes of 10%
- Cancelation policy: Booking Deposit will be applied to a future booking if notification is recieved 30 days prior to arrival date. Security Deposit will be refunded within 21 days following occupancy
